Single, dual, triple and quad-monitor setups.
Computer components and accessories.
Custom-configured computers and complete workstation bundles.

All equipment is tested before dispatch to confirm that it functions as described.
Product photographs may be representative where clearly stated in the listing. Brands, models and cosmetic appearance may vary depending on available stock.
Where a particular brand, model or specification is expressly guaranteed in the product description, the supplied item must meet that description.
3. Product Specifications & Compatibility
Customers should review product specifications and compatibility requirements before placing an order.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your computer or intended application, please contact us before purchasing.
Our team can provide reasonable assistance with compatibility enquiries.
Specola may offer equivalent alternatives where stock availability changes, but any material substitution affecting an agreed product specification will require the customer’s agreement.
We do not guarantee compatibility with equipment, software or operating systems that have not been expressly specified or confirmed.
This does not affect statutory rights where a customer has made a particular purpose known to us and reasonably relied on our advice.
4. Prices & VAT
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Prices for consumer purchases include applicable VAT where required, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Delivery charges and any additional applicable costs will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product information errors.
If an error affects an order before acceptance, we will contact the customer to offer the correct terms or arrange cancellation and a refund.
We will not increase the agreed price of an accepted order without the customer’s consent.
5. Placing & Accepting Orders
When placing an order through our website, customers must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected goods.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
Unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier, a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and issue dispatch confirmation.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, payment verification or another legitimate reason, we will notify the customer and refund any payment taken for the cancelled goods.
We reserve the right to refuse orders where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, payment authorisation failure or product unavailability, subject to applicable law.

Additional verification, fraud prevention or authentication checks may be required.
Where a third-party payment service is selected, the customer may also be subject to that provider’s terms.
7. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed according to product availability, configuration requirements and our operating schedule.
Some computers and multi-monitor bundles are prepared or assembled after an order is placed.
Dispatch estimates are provided in good faith but may vary due to stock availability, preparation time or courier circumstances.
Where a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and provide updated delivery information.
If delivery cannot be completed within the agreed period, the customer’s applicable cancellation and refund rights remain protected.

We use established courier and postal services to deliver orders.
Available delivery services and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional reasonable redelivery charges may apply where legally permitted and agreed.
For consumer purchases, responsibility for accidental loss or damage generally remains with Specola until the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, customers are encouraged to report the issue promptly and retain the packaging.
Please refer to our Delivery Information page for further details, where available.
9. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Specola offers a 30-day change-of-mind return period on eligible consumer purchases made through our website.
Customers wishing to return goods should notify us within the applicable period and follow the return instructions provided.
For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for direct return postage costs where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.
Where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, the customer may be entitled to statutory remedies.

Our voluntary hardware warranty covers qualifying hardware faults arising under normal and intended use.

Warranty returns and shipping costs are handled according to the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

11. Custom-Built & Configured Computers
Specola offers computers and workstations assembled or configured to customer requirements.
Customers should ensure that the selected specifications meet their intended needs.
Where a customer requests a particular specification, we will endeavour to supply the agreed configuration.
If a requested component becomes unavailable, we may propose a suitable alternative for the customer’s approval.
Selecting standard configuration options does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.
Where a product is genuinely made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, an exception to statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights may apply, subject to applicable law and appropriate pre-contract disclosure.
Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
12. Software & Operating Systems
Where specified, computers are supplied with an installed operating system.
Operating system versions and included software will be described in the product listing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any additional software they install is compatible with their equipment.
Specola does not automatically provide support for third-party software, viruses, malware or customer-installed operating systems.
During hardware repair or diagnostic procedures, a clean operating system installation may be required.
Customers should back up important data before returning equipment.
A clean installation may permanently remove personal files, installed applications, accounts and settings.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Business Customers (B2B)
These Terms & Conditions apply to both consumer and business purchases, except where specific provisions are identified as consumer-only.
A business customer is a customer purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes.
Business purchases may be subject to separately agreed quotations, payment terms, delivery arrangements and warranty conditions.
The 30-day consumer change-of-mind returns policy does not automatically apply to B2B purchases unless expressly agreed.
Business customers should contact Specola before returning unwanted goods.
Any agreed return handling or restocking charges must be communicated and agreed as part of the applicable business transaction.
Business customers retain their applicable contractual and statutory rights.
Where credit terms are agreed, payment must be made by the agreed due date.
14. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of goods generally transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.
For consumer deliveries, risk of accidental loss or damage passes in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Different risk arrangements may apply to business purchases where expressly agreed and legally permitted.
Nothing in this section limits the statutory rights of consumers.
15. Limitation of Liability
Specola will take reasonable care in supplying products and fulfilling its contractual obligations.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by customer misuse, unauthorised modifications or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.
For business purchases, any contractual limitations of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by law and subject to applicable reasonableness requirements.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing limits statutory consumer remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods.
16. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control, such as major transport disruption, natural disasters or significant infrastructure failures, to the extent permitted by law.
Where such circumstances affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with the customer and minimise disruption.
This provision does not remove any statutory rights to cancellation, refund or other remedies.
