We provide a 12-month limited hardware warranty on eligible refurbished computers and monitors, alongside technical support to help with any issues you may experience.
Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind while keeping the process clear, fair and straightforward. Selected products may have different warranty periods, as stated in their listings. Your statutory consumer rights always remain protected.
WARRANTY Information
12-Month Hardware Warranty
All eligible refurbished computers and monitors come with a 12-month limited hardware warranty covering qualifying hardware faults under normal use.
Every item is carefully tested before dispatch to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Selected components and accessories may have different warranty periods, as stated in their individual product listings.
Technical Support & Repairs
Our team provides technical support and assistance with hardware issues covered by our warranty.
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, viruses, malware, customer-installed software or damage caused by unauthorised modifications.
Please note that repairs may require a clean installation of Windows, which can permanently erase personal files, applications and settings.
Customers must back up their important data before returning equipment for repair.
Returns & Warranty Claims

We will assess your enquiry, assist with troubleshooting and provide instructions for returning the equipment if necessary.
Free courier collection is not automatically included throughout the 12-month warranty period. Return arrangements and costs depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
